        Returns & Refunds

        • We hope you love what you've ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, you will have 45 days to return your product and be fully reimbursed.
        • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it for a refund of the purchase price. You only have to pay return shipping. If you have purchased your product through a source other than, you must coordinate the return with that source and according to their product return policy. Visit our returns page for more information.

        What items are returnable?

        • Be returned within 45 days of the Angol Shiold shipped date.
        • Be in new and saleable condition, unworn or undamaged.
        • Have prior authorization from Angol Shiold. Items returned without authorization will be disposed of without credit being issued.
        • In the original packaging with tags intact and untampered with.

        How do I make a return?

        • To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

        Damages and issues

        • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
        • If you encounter product quality issues, product failures, or software issues during use, you will be able to contact our dedicated customer experience and software experts. During the one-year warranty period, we will solve problems caused by product quality for free, including free shipping in both directions. There are never deductibles or hidden fees.

        Exceptions / non-returnable items

        • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


        • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

        How long will it take for my refund to be processed?

        • We will process your refund (to the original method of payment) within 10 to 30 days of receipt of your returned unit. If you purchased your unit from a source other than, you must coordinate the return with that source.

        Do you offer a return shipping service?

        • We can provide a return shipping label for a $60 deduction from your refund. Please note that this shipping method cannot be applied if you purchased your unit from a third party. The cost to ship the unit is fairly expensive so we suggest that you find the cheapest route possible and package the box well.
