I bought this on Amazon and the 2nd month I had it the supposedly metal hinge just broke in two. Amazon replaced it even though it was over a month (barely). Like a trusting idiot, I bought another one, and it almost lasted 3 months before it broke in exactly the same way. This time it was too far along for Amazon to replace. I think it is appropriate that this product is a toilet seat because it is literally a piece of $#!*.
